Got a second package of pills I never ordered and a $50 charge

I got a package I didn't recognize. I've never heard of Eagle Pharmacy or any of the other names on it, like Dr. Laura Purdy or that shipping manager in Indiana. I opened it and there was another envelope inside saying "Friday Plans" with 27 pills of Tadalafil. I never ordered this. I don't know any of these names on the labels.

It's a scam. I have no idea how they even charged my credit card. I'm disputing it. When the first one came in December, I sent it back with a note saying to stop and that I didn't order it. Then in mid-March, I got a second envelope with the same pills and a $50 charge on my card.

So many different names on the packaging, it's confusing who's even responsible. I'm disgusted. This all happened between December and March. They're taking advantage of elderly people like me.
