Phone calls about student loan forgiveness and a contract I did not sign

They called my number several times saying they were negotiating my student loan debt. Then they sent me a contract for 80% of loan forgiveness if I paid them $1,616.00 over 8 months.

My credit card company did not authorize the charge. They reported them to me as fraud. I never agreed to anything. They kept calling from (626) 551-4558 and the email was [email protected]. The address they used was 2108 N St Sacramento, CA.

I did not lose any money but it felt really strange.
