Order never came from a site that said US but ships from China

I ordered from eastersundayco.com because it said US based but then I found out it ships from China. I never got my order. I’ve been contacting them for two months about it. Every time I ask they tell me the tracking will update in 3-6 days and I’ll get my order in 2-3 weeks. That never happened.

When I asked for a refund they said no and offered me a 10% discount instead. I never got that either. Their address is Jennifer place in Camarillo, CA and their email is [email protected]. I lost $35.99.

Ordered a Needoh bundle but got fake mini boxes

I bought an Easter “Needoh bundle” from that website. What showed up was these tiny boxes that looked fake, and the squishies inside were definitely counterfeit too. Not the real thing at all.

Ordered a NeeDoh basket and never got it

I bought a NeeDoh basket on March 20, 2026 from this website. It was supposed to be a gift. As of April 21st I still haven’t gotten anything. No package, no tracking, nothing.

There’s no phone number to call them. I tried the email they had, [email protected], but nobody replied. I spent $35.99 on this and I just want my money back or the item. Feels like I got ripped off.

Bought something that was not what they showed online

I ordered something from this site eastersundayco.com. The email they used was [email protected]. What I got in the mail was not even close to the picture they had online. Total lie.

I paid almost 55 dollars for it. 54.99. It was supposed to be one thing and it was some cheap fake looking version. Felt like a total waste of money. I tried to look for a phone number or a real address but there is nothing on the site. Just that email.

So now I am out the money and stuck with this thing I never wanted.

Ordered a Nee Doh toy and got a cheap counterfeit instead

I ordered what was supposed to be a Nee Doh product from EasterSundayCo.com. What I got was a very poor quality counterfeit. It's clearly fake.

I contacted them about a return. They refuse to send a return label, saying it's not their fault. But they sold the counterfeit item. Now I'm stuck with this fake product and no way to send it back.
