Ordered food in January, tracking number never worked

I ordered a food item from a website back in January 2026. Got an email saying the order was processed and they gave me a tracking number.

It's been months now and nothing showed up. The tracking number doesn't even work when I try it. So I looked up the company online and found out it's reported as a scam site. Lost $41.78 on this.

Got a fake order confirmation email and lost money

I don't even remember what I was trying to buy from easy-ser.com. I just found this weird email from about six weeks ago. It was an "order confirmation" saying payment was received and the item would come in 8 to 15 days.

Nothing ever showed up. The email looked really dodgy—no invoice attached, no business name on it, no signature. It just came from [email protected]. They took $58.76 from me.

Charged my card but never sent what I ordered

I was trying to buy some forms from easy-ser.com. They took my card information and charged my account. After that, all they gave me was a fake tracking number.

I haven't received the product I ordered. They won't get back to me about my payment or my order. I tried contacting the email [email protected] but got no reply. Nothing makes sense.
