Ordered swimwear and never got any shipping updates

I ordered some swimwear from edhardyforever.com on May 13th. Paid $141.80 for it. Never got any updates about shipping or even processing the order.

I sent them emails and all I get back are these weird AI generated responses that don't say anything real. They won't cancel the order and they won't give me a refund. Just stuck with no product and no money.
