Sent wrong remote control and no reply for months

I ordered from electronicadventure.com and they sent me the wrong Remote Control. I tried emailing and calling them but they never respond for more than 2 months now. Their phone number is 1(813) 320-0444 and they have an address at 12914 Dupont Circle Tampa, Tampa, FL 33626.

Every time I email I get the same automated message saying "Thank you for submitting a return request, your request will be processed as soon as possible. This return will be reviewed by a member of our team to ensure quality customer service. Ple[censored]d off on emailing or calling us during the processing time period." I got that same message 4 times. That website should be closed. I lost $37.99.
