Email about settlement from a company not affiliated with my lender

I was getting close to settlement on my property and this company contacted me. They were riding under my lenders portal and said they were going to be handling the property pending settlement.

I contacted my loan originator and asked what is this email and was advised they are not affiliated with this company at all. Be very very very careful when doing real estate transactions, the scams are real, especially during already stressful situations like buying and selling homes.
