Ordered clothes from Instagram ad, never got anything, tracking said delivered twice

I placed my order and paid through the Zip app. Got a confirmation email and then tracking info. The tracking said the items were delivered to my house, but nothing was there.

I reached out to the company and they said they would resend the items. Second time same thing, tracking said delivered to my home but nothing showed up. I asked for a refund. They said they could give me a partial refund, like 70 percent. I said no, I want a full refund.

I disputed the transactions with my bank and finally they refunded my account in five small payments. Total I lost like $43.78. They are fraud and a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... it was advertised on IG.
