Ordered a hat on Facebook and they sent it to the wrong address
I ordered a hat for my brother in law off a site on Facebook. Paid with my credit card. They put in a shipping address that was not mine, but an address to a business in another town.
I sent many messages to [email protected] to correct this and never heard from anyone. I lost $31.87 and never got the hat or a reply.

Getting harassing calls about a loan I never took out
I keep getting calls from 888-269-4978. They say I took out a loan and owe them money, but I never did that. I never took out any loan from them at all.
They call multiple times every single day. It's harassment. When I answer, they are so rude and aggressive on the phone. I've told them to stop calling me but they just don't.
I just want these calls to stop.
