Getting harassing calls after filling out an online loan form

I filled out a form online for a loan application. Now I'm getting constant calls from 888-269-4978, multiple times a day. I told them to stop but they keep calling. It's really stressful and feels like harassment.

I never agreed to be contacted like this when I submitted that form. The whole thing feels off. The calls are non-stop and I want them to leave me alone.
