Getting constant calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls from 888-269-4978. They say I applied for a loan and they won't stop calling me. I never applied for any loan. They call multiple times a day and it's really stressful.

I told them to stop calling but they don't listen. It's very annoying. I also saw a charge from ellaaura.com for $42.99 on my statement for some online purchase I didn't make. The email for that is [email protected].

Now I'm getting these loan calls and I have this charge. It all feels connected and it's too much.
