Scam website

Another instance of not getting the product as described and pictured on their website - I ordered a velvet garment - received a plain printed polyester garment. A complete total scam - support emails are not answered - I can’t return the product since support customer service does not reply - no phone number or chat for support - they take your money and send a product that is not as pictured or described. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR SO-CALLED 30 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE. YOU CANT RETURN A PURCHASE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXIST. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSiTE!

Ordered a sweater hoodie but got a cheap polyester thing instead

I bought something from the Elsie and Elton New York website and paid with PayPal. What showed up at my door was nothing like what was advertised. It was supposed to be a knit sweater hoodie. What I got was this white garment made of a weird water-resistant polyester with a faded print on it.

I tried to email their customer service for a return. The return policy said there was a time limit, so I sent three emails. I never got a single reply back. The last email I sent failed completely. It said the message couldn't be delivered because the server was misconfigured.

There's no phone number to call either. I'm out fifty dollars for this thing that isn't what I ordered.
