Ordered sweaters from an Instagram ad and got cheap printed junk

I saw a targeted ad on Instagram for these really cute knit sweaters. I hadn't heard of Elsie & Elton from ElsieAndElton.com before, so I looked them up online and didn't see anything bad. I went ahead and ordered two hoodies and jeans from their website.

It took way longer to arrive than the 5 days they said. I went to look for an update and saw it was shipping from China, which was weird because the company was supposedly in New York. The stuff finally came on 2/16, like 15 days after I ordered. The quality was terrible. It wasn't a knit sweater like the pictures, it was just a print of a knit on some shiny, cheap material.

I tried to submit a return but the email address, [email protected], didn't even work. I'm out $141.91. This is exactly why I usually only order from companies I know.
