Ordered ElyCura patches but got a completely different brand instead

I ordered the ElyCura brand patches from ca.nanaturalcare.com. The specific ingredient was supposed to be Kudzu. What showed up at my door was a different brand entirely, called Laniska, with Turmeric and Mint ingredients. It's not what I paid for.

I contacted them using the [email protected] address. They refused a full refund. They claimed in an email that the product was opened and used, which is completely false. I have photos of all six packages still factory sealed. They also wouldn't give me a return address. Their site advertises a "100% Unconditional 30-Day Guarantee" but they're not honoring it.

The package came from 107 Bethridge Rd, Etobicoke, ON. I lost $113.99 for a product I didn't order. I just want my money back.
