$40 charge and attempt to take more from my bank account

I have no idea how this even happened. I was just going through an old laptop and a bunch of different files. Then days later, there's a $40 charge and an attempt to take even more money from my account!

I called my bank right away. The bank told me the company is called Embedded. They said it's not even set up in my bank account as a normal repeating payment. That's the weird part. They cancelled my old card and sent a new one, but it's still insane to me. How does this happen?
