Paid for an online purchase and got nothing

I made an online purchase from them. They took my money, $23, and gave me nothing in return. I tried calling the number they have, (888) 363-3424, but they don't answer. You can't even leave a message. I also emailed [email protected] and got no response. They just took the money and vanished.
