Got a letter saying I won $1.8 million from a group jackpot

I got this letter on March 6th, 2026, from something called Emerald Settlements Corporation. It says I have unclaimed winnings from a 'group jackpot' in my name. They mentioned gas rebates and Publishers Clearing House and Reader's Digest. According to the letter, my winnings are $1.8 million out of a total $43 million for the group.

They told me to call a claims processing agent named John Bailey at 253-216-3797. My claim number is JHA-US7397. The return address on the letter is EFC Post Box 32110 Station E, Victoria, BC, in Canada. The whole thing felt off, so I didn't call the number. I never signed up for anything like this.
