Ordered shoes by mistake and they refused to cancel right away

I ordered some shoes from this site, I think it was pintarest or something, and right after I realized it was a mistake. I tried to cancel almost immediately but they said no. They would not let me cancel the order at all.

Then the shoes showed up and they are just terrible. Like the worst quality I have ever seen. Defective stuff honestly. I asked for a refund or to send them back and they said no refunds and I have to pay for return shipping myself. So I am out 89 dollars for junk shoes I never wanted.

Their email is [email protected] and the phone number they used was 1(880) 204-4979. I just want my money back.
