Instagram ad for a dress that never arrived

I saw an ad on Instagram and went to the website www.wmmachloe-calgary.com. It looked legit so I ordered a dress. They sent me a confirmation and a tracking number.

The tracking never updated for a while. I emailed them and got some canned reply. Then the tracking finally changed but it looked different from the first site—like it was Chinese or something. Then one day the order just disappeared from tracking.

No response from the company after that. I already reported it to my credit card company and trying to get my money back. Lost $85.

Paid for clothes on Instagram and never got them

I found this Instagram account selling clothes from a Calgary boutique. I placed an order and paid them $216.00. I never got the product.

When I try to track the package the link they sent just goes to a page that says error has occurred. It takes me nowhere. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. I just want my money back or the clothes I paid for.
