Ordered an item online, never got it, and they won't refund me.

I was looking for an item online and used ****** to search. This site, emservicet.com, came up and had the best price. I placed the order and got an email confirmation a day or two later with an order number and a tracking number. It said delivery would be in 3 to 15 working days. My credit card was charged right away.

After two weeks, I tried the tracking number and it didn't work. Nothing. After 18 working days, I replied to that confirmation email. I told them I never got the item and to please cancel the order and give me a refund. They just wrote back saying the order was delivered and I should check with the post office.

That's when I looked them up and found other complaints on ScamPulse.com. The exact same thing happened to other people. I'm out $35.87.
