Paid over $3000 for products that were never shipped

I placed an order with Endistributions for my Amazon business. The total was $3074 and I paid through Skrill. After I sent them the proof of payment on WhatsApp, they gave me some invoices. But Amazon wouldn't accept them.

I told Endistributions about the problem and asked for a refund. They never shipped anything. Now they won't answer my calls or texts on WhatsApp. I haven't heard back from them at all.
