This company does what they say they will do. If you follow the protocol you will be successful. I lost fat, gained muscle and hydration. It was easy and I never felt hungry. I love sweets and ate them at least once a day, so when I decided to do this program I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to do it. I promised myself I would do my best, to my surprise I was never even tempted to eat chocolate. This really works!

Energized Health is the best weight loss/ health improvement program I've ever tried. I'm 71 years old and have been on one sort of diet or another much of my life. EH is by far the place where I've had the best results in the shortest possible time. I've lost fat, gained hydration and muscle. I believe this program has extended my potential life span. All one has to do is follow the protocol, (which is pretty easy) and stay in touch with the various forms of positive reinforcement that are provided during the extent of the program.
My coach was awesome. It only took 88 days to go through this process and I plan to do it again.
If you are ready to commit and follow the protocol, you will get results.
As my good fortune would have it, an ad popped up for the 555 Challenge that was starting within the week that could help me in learning intracellular hydration. I went in rather skeptical, honestly. I've worked in healthcare since 1988 and didn't think they could share anything I didn't already know. However, 5 minutes in to our first call, I was already learning about health from the cellular level. It's actually a little maddening that I haven't had a single doctor or nutrition coach tell me any of this before now. After watching the "Transformers" who had done a complete 88 day protocol, and seeing their tremendous success, I was all in.
Although I was diagnosed with MS in 2001, I haven't had any health issues and have been able to manage with nutrition and physical fitness. I was, however, having hip & IT band pain, which I attributed to my workouts. Then in my 4th week, I realized it was gone. Just, no pain for the first time in a very long time.
While I didn't stay "perfect" to plan due to travel and work commitments, I still found progress. While I'm not yet at my ideal hydration, I'm moving in the right direction and this protocol is so easy to follow, it's just part of my lifestyle now. In all, I gained 1.5# of water, gained 1.4# of skeletal muscle, and dropped 13.5# of body fat and over 25 inches overall.
I never felt deprived, the protocol is easy to follow, the daily videos are fun & inspiring, and the weekly calls with my amazing coach, Karen, along with my entire team, and the following weekly call with John & Chelsea have helped me have a better understanding of the difference between weight loss vs fat loss, and what it means to be truly healthy from the inside out.
Invest in yourself. It was the best decision I've ever made, and my only disappointment is that it took me so long to learn about this incredible protocol.
My personal coach Shelby was amazing and very supportive throughout my journey. She helped me achieve my goals and incorporate it into my lifestyle in a way that worked for me. If you have the desire to improve your health and change your lifestyle this program works!

Well, 88 days later I have achieved my goals, I am off Gabapentin, Cholesterol Medications, and lowering my Blood Pressure medications (working with my doctor to eliminate the meds), and have lost weight I have been carrying for the last few years.
My life has improved, I feel healthier fit back into my clothing and my last labs were the best in the last decade.
I will continue to use the principles of this program for the rest of my life!
I received excellent support for the entire 88 days and know that I am now a member of a lifetime of support to continue to stay healthy and fit.
