Notice about a fake traffic ticket with a weird case number

Got this official looking notice in the mail about a traffic violation. Said it was from Enforce Active and had a case number MD-26-TR-273196. I don't even own a car so I knew something was off right away.

Looked up the case number online and found out it doesn't match any real court format. It's the same number used in different states just with the state code changed. They wanted me to call (945) 237-9693 but I didn't.

No money lost since I didn't fall for it. Just annoying getting fake legal stuff in the mail.
