Calls about a debt with no proof and no company website

Enterprise Recovery keeps calling my family member and also the person they say owes a debt. They are very aggressive and just keep harassing everyone. They won't say what the debt is even about, just that there is a claim number starting with an "A" and that it's in the best interest of this person to call them back.

I tried calling them back from a private number and got nowhere, which is a red flag. I cannot find a real website for them anywhere, and I found 30 other complaints on ScamPulse about the same thing. The person they are after actually argued with them on the phone but luckily refused to pay anything. He told them if there's a real debt to send something in the mail, but he knows he does not owe money.

Got a text about a claim I never filed

I got a text message from someone called Enterprise Recovery. It said they were contacting me about claim number A5162969. I have no idea what this claim is. I never filed anything with them.

The text told me to call them at 866-362-9811. It felt off, so I didn't call. I just texted STOP to opt out. I don't know who these people are or why they have my number.

Got a weird text from a company I never heard of

I just got a random text message. It said it was from "Enterprise Recovery" and they mentioned a claim number A5236723. They said to contact them at 866-358-0896.

The text came from the phone number (475) 330-5893. I don't know who this is. I never signed up for anything with them. It feels off to get a message like this out of the blue. The text said to text STOP to opt out, but I don't want to reply at all.
