Ordered seeds that were not as marked and company seems fake

I ordered seeds from this company called Eretz, from their website eretzseed.com. They also sell on Amazon. The seeds I got were not what they were marked as. This is an environmental concern because they could be invasive.

I tried to look them up. They say they're located in Oregon, USA, but I can't find any business license or documentation for this business at all. It doesn't seem to exist. I lost twenty-five cents on the order.
