Charged for e-book services I never bought, eight times
I got eight charges on my card, all for the same amount. They were all from different online e-book services. I never bought any such service, not one.
I called and talked to a guy named Eric. Two of the phone numbers went to him. I said I wanted a refund. They only said it would be there in 10 to 14 business days after I threatened to get my bank involved. It's been 77 dollars total.
