Voicemail about tax reduction from someone named Eric Lawson

I got a voicemail from someone named Eric Lawson saying he’s from the tax petition and extension office. He said he reviewed my tax file and I was eligible for some kind of tax resolution to reduce my taxes. He told me to press one or call him back at 877-578-1798.

Then he said there were recent tax code updates that might apply to me, and based on what he reviewed, he could help reduce or even eliminate part of my tax balance. He gave a different number to call back, 855-994-2147, and said he’d walk me through everything. I never asked for this and I don’t know who these people are. It felt off, so I didn’t call.
