Got a letter saying I won 1.5 million in a drawing I never entered

I got this letter in the mail saying I was in a drawing and I have an unclaimed amount of 1.5 million dollars waiting for me. It tells me to contact someone named Eric Solomon to get it.

To claim it, I need to call and give my full name, my address, my telephone number, and a claim number. The letter had a phone number and an address in Seattle. It just feels off. I never entered any drawing like this.
