Blue postcard about my mortgage with no real company name

Got a blue postcard in the mail, looked official like an Esq notice. Had my real address and even my mortgage closing date on it. It said “we need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-693-0615 as soon as possible.”

I didn’t call because it felt strange. Looked it up online and found out it’s a scam. I can see why people would call though, it looks pretty convincing. Could see someone accidentally giving out their info.
