A business is using my home address without my permission

I found out an LLC registered in Washington, with a Dean Morton listed as the owner, is using my personal home address as the address for his business. It's called Evergreen Home Services LLC.

I can't find any information to contact him directly. I'm really concerned about this. I'm worried this business might be involved in a scam and that my identity and my home address are being used as part of it.

I have a photo showing the company name and my address. This doesn't feel right at all.
