Ordered from a TikTok shop ad and never got my item or refund

I saw an ad for Evoria Wear on the TikTok shop and made a purchase. I never received the product. I tried to get a refund and they said they sent it, but the money never came back to me. I'm out fifty-six dollars. The email I have from them is [email protected].
