Paid for a course and got a fake certificate they won't refund

I took a course through Groupon for this company, Expertskills.org. They sent me a fake certificate that I actually had to pay extra for. The state doesn't even recognize it.

I disputed the charge since they refused to give me a refund. After that, they started harassing me with emails from [email protected]. They said they were going to report me, which I knew was just a bluff. They just want to keep their money.

It's a total scam. I lost $49.
