Phone number and website don't match what I ordered

I thought I was dealing with an auto part store cause I usually shop online. I saw the website and it looked legit enough so I called the number (214) 631-9725. I ended up paying $390 for something that was supposed to help with my credit or debt I guess.

They had an address in Alexandria, LA and the email was [email protected]. But now nothing adds up. The website just goes to Google and nobody answers the phone. I don't even know what I paid for exactly. Just feels like I got taken.
