Marcus sold me steering wheels then asked for extra shipping fee

I found this guy Marcus through some site selling two steering wheels. Paid him $280 through ApplePay. Then after I sent the money he comes back saying I need to pay another $180 for shipping insurance. That didn't make any sense to me so I told him no.

Now he won't reply to anything. His email is [email protected] and he had some website called Express courier freight with an address in ND, USA. I just want my money back or the steering wheels.
