Got a fake "Final Notice" in the mail about a car warranty

I got this postal mail marked "Final Notice." It had all these official-looking markings on it like "Official Business" and "Penalty for Private Use, $300." It even had a fake Customer ID with letters and numbers, trying to make it seem like I had some account I've never heard of.

The letter said I needed to activate an extended vehicle warranty by calling 888-426-0179. I didn't call. I didn't lose any money, but it felt really off. I saw someone else already reported something just like it, so I'm adding my experience too. The return address just said FL, USA.
