Ordered something and cancelled right away but they still shipped it

I bought a tire pressure gauge from Exterioran.com and it was a fraudulent item. I cancelled the purchase just three minutes later on Facebook. I emailed their support at [email protected] and they told me the item shipped automatically as soon as I ordered it, so I couldn't cancel.

I filed a claim with PayPal for my $41.70. I'm trying to get my full refund. USPS already delivered the item back to the original address in the USA according to the tracking. I'm just waiting for the settlement now.
