Debt collector keeps calling about a loan I never took out

I got a call from a company saying they’re a debt collector. They’re trying to tell me I owe a loan from ez cash. I have never gotten a loan from that company, ever.

When I tried to tell them I don’t owe that, they said they have paperwork that says otherwise. I said well then send me the paperwork. They just keep talking and won’t let me say a word. It’s a constant runaround.
