Paid for an appraisal and now they won't answer me

I paid for an appraisal on my property and they did do the appraisal but then just went silent. Can't get ahold of nobody to help me out now. I was supposed to refi my mortgage with them and they will not get back to me to let me know anything at all. Their website is ezloansmi.com and I had [email protected] emailing me. The phone number I got is (804) 204-7863. They have an address too at 1019 Naughton rd, Troy, MI 48083. I paid $650 for that appraisal and now nothing.

I just want an answer from them. That's all.
