Ordered a lawn mower, FedEx says they never had an address

I placed an order for a lawn mower through eZones Global. I paid $270 for it. They told me it was shipped and even delivered. So I checked with FedEx. FedEx told me they never even had an address on the shipping label for this package. That doesn't make any sense if it was really delivered. I never got my mower.
