Ordered from FabianFinch.com in December and never got my item

I placed an order from FabianFinch.com back in December. The total was $59.95. I never received the product I paid for.

I've tried emailing them at [email protected] multiple times to ask for an update or a refund. They just won't respond. It's like they took the money and disappeared.
