Saw a Facebook ad with the Pope claiming to cure diabetes

I saw an ad on Facebook for a diabetic medication. It was supposed to eliminate type 2 diabetes. The ad had a video with the Pope in it, claiming this thing cures diabetes.

The phone number listed was (888) 205-8302. I don't know the website, it was just an ad through Facebook. It felt really off to me, using a figure like that to sell medication. I didn't send any money, but the whole thing just didn't make sense and seemed like a scam.
