Facebook ad for Tai Chi walking for seniors was not what they said

I saw an ad on Facebook for Tai Chi walking for Seniors. Sounded good so I went through the process and got a plan. But the plan didn't have any tai chi walking in it at all. So I canceled.

They won't give my money back. First they texted me saying I can't get a refund but they'll cancel future plans. Then when I told them I was contacting Facebook about it they sent an email saying I didn't use the plan for at least 14 days in the first 30 days so no refund. I lost $36.78. The phone number they used was (860) 209-2584 and the email was [email protected]. They said their address is in Plano, TX.
