Billed twice for weight loss product that doesn't work

I saw an ad on Facebook for a weight loss product. The ad said it would help you lose weight, but it doesn't work at all. I've been trying to cancel it. I called the number they gave, but it's not correct. It just doesn't go through.

On top of that, they've been charging me double every month for three months. It was supposed to be $54.95, but they took out $109.90 each time. That's $329.70 total for something that doesn't even do what they promised. I can't get a hold of anyone to fix it or get my money back.
