Paid for something from a Facebook ad and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for something I wanted to buy. So I ordered it and paid $36.39. That was a while ago and nothing ever showed up.

I tried emailing them but nobody ever wrote back. The only address I have is that place in Saint Petersburg, Florida. I don't even know the real company name.

Just took my money and disappeared I guess.
