Ordered one thing on Facebook but got a knockoff and extra charges

I saw a product on Facebook and it looked good so I ordered it. But what I got was not what was advertised at all. It was a knockoff of the real thing and it didn’t even work. I ordered a set amount but somehow they added extra merchandise and more money came out of my credit card. I didn’t have any way to cancel the extra stuff.

The address they gave is 60-28 Myrtle Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385. I lost about $79. It said I could return it within 180 days but I can’t find out how to do that. No reply when I tried looking.
