Post about a rental that felt off right away

There was a post about a 3 bedroom/1 bath house for rent and the same house is on Zillow for $2000. This was on FB and messenger. The person wants money right away. They want to meet on Thursday morning at the location.

I didn't send anything but it didn't make sense. The price was way different from what Zillow had. The address they gave was 345 perfect Dr #1, Sunbury, OH 43074, USA. Just felt like a scam from the start.
