Paid $600 for a puppy that was never delivered

I found a seller on Facebook Messenger advertising puppies. I agreed to buy one for $300. After I sent that money, they said I had to pay $300 more for a special delivery crate and a delivery service. I paid that too.

Then they asked for even more money for insurance. I told them I wasn't paying anything else and that I would just come pick up the puppy myself. They wouldn't allow that. They kept asking for more money and wouldn't give me the puppy or a refund. I'm out $600 total and have nothing to show for it. The phone number they used is (561) 506-6836 and they said they were in Florida.
