Bottle of product turned into five and no refund

I ordered one bottle off something I saw on Facebook. Just one. But when it showed up they added four other bottles I never asked for. It was way more than I wanted.

So I sent the whole thing back. I returned the product and everything. But I never got my money back. It was 350 dollars gone. I tried reaching out but Facebook didn't do anything to help find who did it or get my money back. So here I am.
