Drove all the way to Windermere for a dog that wasn’t there

I found this person on Facebook selling a 6 year old female Maltese. We talked and they said the dog was ready and we could come pick it up. So we drove all the way from Ft Myers to Windermere, FL. That’s a long drive.

When we got there, nobody showed up with the dog. Nothing. I never received the dog I was promised. They made me send $100.00 through Venmo for some kind of contract. I never got a dog, never got my money back. Just feels like a complete waste of time and gas.
