Put a deposit on a puppy and then got ghosted after asking questions

I put a $100 deposit on a puppy I was supposed to pay the remaining upon delivery of the puppy. After I paid the deposit I then got a email from their “vet” for paper transfers who then ask for $100 and when I asked where the vet office was located or the name I got no response from her. So I texted the seller and they continued to send me multiple pictures and videos that where from another sellers site. I have not heard from them since I asked for my refundable deposit back.
